To protect customer environments, audit logs are not accessible by end users but are monitored internally by authorized Lesoft personnel. Suspicious or unusual activities detected in these logs trigger real-time alerts and initiate internal investigation procedures to assess and mitigate potential security incidents. 

These logs are retained in a secure and immutable format to support incident response, forensic analysis, and regulatory compliance. Regular reviews and automated checks ensure the integrity and availability of logs to maintain trust and transparency.
