LeSoft ensures all email marketing communications are sent only with explicit, opt-in consent from recipients. We do not use pre-ticked boxes or implied consent. All consent is recorded with timestamp and context to demonstrate compliance. 

Clear Opt-Out Mechanism 

Every marketing email from LeSoft includes a clear and simple unsubscribe link, allowing users to withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribes are processed promptly, and users are removed from marketing lists within 48 hours. 

Data Accuracy & Minimization 

We only collect the minimum information necessary for email campaigns (e.g., name, email address, preferences) and keep it up to date. Inactive or outdated contact records are periodically reviewed and deleted where appropriate. 

Lawful Basis & Transparency 

Under UK GDPR, our lawful basis for email marketing is either consent or legitimate interest, depending on the context (e.g., soft opt-in for existing customers). We provide clear privacy notices at every data collection point. 

Record-Keeping 

We maintain audit trails of consent and campaign logs for accountability and compliance reviews. 

Third-Party Processors 

Any third-party email service providers (ESPs) we use (e.g., SendGrid, Mailchimp) are vetted for GDPR compliance and bound by Data Processing Agreements.
